The interface concerns how you run or install the program.

interface i.e., you run the program using a HTML browser, while desktop
hosted ones may run on a windows interface.
Installation wise, since remotely-hosted autoresponders do not require
any installation, so this is not a problem.
But for locally hosted autoresponders, this can make your script easier
to install.
